    Thermostat did not work with my Carrier heat pump #40AQZ2024330DF. HOWEVER, i used this thermostat in my home I just moved from, and it worked wonderfully. Hence, the good rating. No thermostat will work wirh every furnace.

    I bought this Honeywell Digital to replace the original 28-year mechanical thermostat which operates the system electric heat pump in my house. Before you buy a new digital thermostat, I removed the original wiring configuration advice, knowing that it would provide the information necessary for selecting a digital thermostat. Then visit the Honeywell web site, select the options thermostats for electric heat pumps. heat, and I found this. (There are models that offer a variety of daily / weekly schedule, but it was not something I wanted.) The site was very useful because it allowed me to review the installation manual “that includes a table originally to coordinate with cable terminals on the new drive correctly. The removal of the original and the new facility took less than 30 minutes without difficulty. He has been in service for about a month and I am 100% satisfied! My old thermostat was 5 degrees outside. Honeywell argues that this model is to have an accuracy of 1 degree. So far, he has been killed in the exact! For the price, is a wise investment.
